What we collect
The details you enter in the partnership enquiry form or the media accreditation form: your name, email address, organisation, position, and your message. In the media accreditation form we also ask for your role, the type of outlet, a link to your outlet or recent work (optional), a phone number (optional), the number of people attending, and the interview slots and speakers you are interested in. If you write to us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message.
Why, and on what basis
We use these details to respond to your partnership enquiry or media accreditation request, to arrange interviews, and to contact you about the Forum. The basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. If you write to us by email, we use your message to reply to you.
Who receives them
The Health Metrics team, by email. Email for this website is handled by its hosting provider. If you ask to speak with particular speakers, we may share your name and outlet with them or their representatives in order to arrange the interview. We do not publish your details.
How long we keep them
Only as long as needed to deal with your request and to organise the Forum.
Your rights
You can ask us to give you access to your details, correct them, erase them, restrict or object to their use, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Write to team@healthmetrics.bg. You also have the right to complain to the Commission for Personal Data Protection of Bulgaria.
